The Help Section of the HLA-Disease-Atlas can help you identify HLA-association datasets on disease susceptibility, geography, and clinical phenotype.

In the filter and query sections, you can enter specific alleles for which you would like information, including the basis of their standard definitions, where they are found and how common they are, a catalogue of peptides that can associate with specific HLA molecules, and which TCRs recognise those peptide–HLA complexes, with links to the corresponding data sources.
