About HLA Disease Atlas
HLA-Disease-Atlas: Connecting previously disparate layers of HLA-Association datasets into a unified disease-centred framework.
The HLA Disease Atlas is a harmonised, interoperable platform for HLA Association Datasets across existing resources:
Standardised HLA allele definitions: IPD-IMGT/HLA and IMGT/Gene-DB
Population frequencies: AFND, PGG.MHC and iHLA-net
Peptide–HLA interactions and naturally presented ligands: IEDB, SYFPEITHI and the HLA Ligand Atlas
T-cell receptor recognition: VDJdb and Tcrictionary
Disease: UK Biobank and Literature
Geographic Distribution: AFND, PGG.MHC and iHLA-net
The Atlas integrates these previously disparate layers of HLA allele definitions, population frequencies, Peptide–HLA interactions and naturally presented ligands, T-cell receptor recognition, Disease, and geographic locations into a unified disease-centred framework.
